Creating by Default or Creating Consciously - They Both Have Consequences

Created in the image of our creators, we are creators ourselves.  We create by first having an idea which becomes a belief.  The belief creates the wherewithal that eventually brings the idea into manifestation.  A bodybuilder believes he/she is worthy of the time and effort it takes to create the body they imagine to have.   That is where the motivation and energy come from.  A couch potato doesn't believe they are worthy, so they cannot experience the motivation and the energy.  Unless a person is brain damaged or physically impaired, there isn't anything stopping them from creating that beautiful body except the belief or beliefs they are carrying inside.

We are always creating. Our default as humans is creating because it is our natural state of being.  People who allow life to happen to them are generally living the life of a victim.  They are not able for what ever reason to accept responsibility that they are creating the life they are living.  I suppose it becomes easier for some people to do that, than to take responsibility for their creation.

Being unable to admit that we are creating our life as it is keeps us stuck in the same life.  It isn't until we are able to admit to ourselves that we are responsible for every choice we make and that every choice we make has a consequence, that we realize that in fact, we are creating our experiences.  And it is only then that we begin to make different choices in a conscious way - with the conscious and deliberate aim of/for creating a different and hopefully better experience.

When we are not creating consciously and are allowing life to happen to us, we are more likely to create, to experience negative situations.  A conscious creator points his or her attention to the object of their desire.  They are able to feel themselves worthy of acquiring and living that experience and the power of their decision helps align the forces of creation to bring it into a living truth.

It is important to know that when we focus on what we don't want, we are literally facing away from what we want.  Our focus and intent is so much on what we don't want that that become our reality.  The more I focus on what I don't want then, the more I get what I don't want.  All I have to do is turn my back on what I don't want and place my attention on what I want.  Then my focus is moving in the direction of my desire, and the more I focus on that, the more THAT becomes my reality.

Pain Can Lead to Ecstasy And Our Thoughts Always Create Our Reality

Today I was sitting in a restaurant having a nice meal and couldn't help eavesdropping on the table next to mine. There was a woman speaking and I noticed that all she did was complain and put people down.  When they were leaving, I noticed her posture and realized she was a very miserable person.

What struck me was understanding how she perpetuates her misery by the way she uses her mind, her words, her body.  She is communicating misery every time she speaks.

Then I realized how that vibration can affect everyone around her.

When I tried to feel more into her energy, I felt that her misery went back generations.  I tried to feel as deeply as I could into what I was perceiving to be her misery.  Tthe deeper I got, the more it started feeling like ecstasy.

I started to wonder if other things are like that.  If we let ourselves feel anything deeply enough, can we reach the ultimate core of that feeling and is that ecstasy?

I'm thinking ecstasy comes from the knowing we are alive and from being able to feel how truly amazing that is.

Tapping into ecstasy can become a loop - the more we notice it, the more we feel it - the more we feel it, the more we notice it until we reach our upper limit and make uourselves stop.

I wonder if saints who had those ecstatic experiences were reaching them by using their empathic nature to feel into someone's pain and find that at the end of that pain is really the ecstacy of pure being.  I'm not saying I'm a saint because I'm far from that.

In Spanish, the word for complain is "repelar".  And repelar in English means to repel!

When we focus on what we are not wanting, we are at the same time repelling what we want because we are turning our back on it.  We're focusing on what we don't want, rather than focusing on what we do want.  In doing this, we are repelling our good.

When we are grateful for what we have, the Universe gives us more to be grateful for.  When we compare oursvels to others and find ourselves wanting what they have, we cease being grateful for what we have and little by little, what we have is taken away.

My mother used to tell my sisters and me a story about two girls.  When one spoke, frogs, snakes and worms came out of her mouth, but when the other one spoke, diamonds, emeralds and rubys came out of her mouth.

The more I learn about the creative process and how our thoughts are things in the making, the mroe I understand this story.

Peace and love to all.

Happy Independence Day!

On this day of America's independence, I am reflecting on this question:  What things, people, places and situations that I find myself subjugated by can I become free of?

Conservative, Liberal or Transcendence?

The word "conservative" means: disposed to preserve existing conditions, institutions, etc., or to restore traditional ones, and to limit change, traditional in style or manner; avoiding novelty. Yet life by its very nature is always changing, so being conservative is going against nature.

The word "liberal" pertains to liberty which means freedom. Freedom to believe as you believe. Freedom to advocate progressive ideologies. Freedom to love whom you love. Freedom to become self-actualized. And this is supposedly a country that fights for freedom. But the freedom that conservatives seem to be fighting for is the freedom to subjugate those that are different and the freedom to put money before people. The freedom to take away civil liberties and social programs that help people in need.

Someone once said, "Give me liberty or give me death." When the liberty we seek is based on freedoms that promote good for some at the expense of many - this is freedom to abuse.

The liberty I seek is not that kind of liberty because I know that in a world where people are free to abuse others real freedom doesn't exist.

Systems that are unsustainable have become obsolete, yet conservative demand status quo - this is impossible, for that which is unsustainable by the very definition of that word, will collapse. Evolution is change and conservatives seem to have an aberration to evolution because they are afraid change means loss, when change can mean peace and infinite possibilities.

I teach a course where people are asked to rate values from the highest to the lowest. There are 17 values on the sheet. They include friendship, cleanliness and honesty. One of the 17 values is world peace, and it astounds me that when I ask the class to read me their first and last value in order of importance. World peace is always what 98% of the class picks as their last. It is no wonder that this reality of world peace is so illusive. People don't believe in it, so they rate it last in value of importance.

In Spanish, the word "creer" means to believe and the word "crear" means to create. There is only one letter difference. If we can't believe in world peace, we certainly can't create it.

In order to have an upper class, one must have a lower class. Conservatives fight for the freedom to conserve this reality - a reality where a certain few are able to subjugate many. It is an unsustainable reality and it will collapse. There is no military might that can keep that from happening. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

How is it that these UNITED States of America are so divided?

As long as we are a nation and a world of us vs. them - people in power can take advantage of the distraction - putting laws in place that serve the powerful more and more while creating more and more disenfranchised people.

Transcending this situation invites me to go into a deeper understanding of the law of attraction.  What I focus on gets bigger (deepens as my reality).  Focusing on what I don't want, only brings more of what I don't want into my experience.  Resisting what is, only keeps me locked in that resistance, which perpetuates what I am not wanting.  I am invited to accept what is and then turn my attention on what it is I want.

What do I want?  At the risk of sounding naive and idealistic, what I want is to experience myself, living in a world where all people understand the incredible gift life is, and what a precious jewel our planet is.  I would like all humans to put all people before any material gain.  I would like for all of us to get that the pie is big enough for everyone to share.  I want to know how awesome it feels to experience all of us truly loving one another.  I know we all have the potential.  I know we can transcend our current reality and consciously and collectively evolove our species into our highest expression of and in being.

I hope that one day we can all look back and see the state of our planet and our species today was necessary to create contrast as darkness and pain (hell), so we could better know what to co-create:  Heaven on Earth.

Started working on this website.  New to the program and to using GoDaddy.  In the past, I worked with web builders who did all this for me.  It will take time to learn everything I need to, but I'm willing.
